"pm_notes": "\nMOST IMPORTANT- the prescreener (which we do not communicate to Naxion) is currently set to block never smokers- when we move into never targeting that MUST be updated so we do not block never smoker sample, updater file in project folder and on the shared drive if you choose to use it (not necessary unless Bob starts asking crazy questions), we have a gradually relaxation of targeting criteria to help fill in the hardest to reach quotas first on this project, we start with the "hardest of the hard" current and former smoker young ethic males with low education and gradually proceeds toward GP (which for the purpose of this project means sample without smoker targeting), the fielding strategy is outlined in the updater file but was also sent to all panels at launch with their links (I also emailed to you separately for reference)",
