"notes": "Everyone except PS said they were tapped for hardest of the hard. Waiting for client to approve next phase. Innovate, and elicit primary partners who saw uptick in nevers over last weekend. After digging, it appears most still were current/former for the subgroups and have mentioned multiple times we cant target. Just wanted to note to give you a heads up. I have PS only be sending for 250n at the start to be safe. You may want to have them send for X completes to avoid hem going way over. Innovate got too much traffic over the weekend and we are starting to see OQs so you will need to use updater for count breakdowns. \n\n Please text or call if anything is needed while I am out. I will be trying to follow as I can. Make sure to touch base with client in morning and ball park our feasibility for each group about every other day. also let the client know you will be providing this to give them a heads up. ",

"pm_notes": "\n\n\n\nMOST IMPORTANT- the prescreener (which we do not communicate to Naxion) is currently set to block never smokers- when we move into never targeting that MUST be updated so we do not block never smoker sample, updater file in project folder and on the shared drive if you choose to use it (not necessary unless Bob starts asking crazy questions), we have a gradually relaxation of targeting criteria to help fill in the hardest to reach quotas first on this project, we start with the "hardest of the hard" current and former smoker young ethic males with low education and gradually proceeds toward GP (which for the purpose of this project means sample without smoker targeting), the fielding strategy is outlined in the updater file but was also sent to all panels at launch with their links (I also emailed to you separately for reference)",
