"notes": "DEVIN- has not been coming in well since we launched. repriced for 5% IR, but client and end client truly think it should start to increase towards 20%, we have 5% and 20% options with vendors and are sending with 5% IR assumption right now, if you start to see improvement, will want to flag to panels to give us a more competitive CPI to match metrics. Client is unhappy with how few clicks we are seeing. we onboarded 3 back ups last week, but all backups must be approved by their compliance team in order for us to onboard them. we are waiting on approval to add Thrivable. Just trying to get vendors to send more at this point. i added a pre-screener for age and ailment because client was unhappy with the terms we were seeing there. the ailment pre-screener isnt 100% because its a multi-select and SWIFT isnt smart enough for that.",
